Everything ships within two business days, tracked, in packaging you will want to keep. We ship across the United States, and internationally on request: write to us before ordering and we will sort the details together.

Pieces won at the Sunday auction are handled through Whatnot: payment, shipping labels, and buyer protection all run through their system. We pack your win the morning after the show, with ceremony.

Unopened shop items may come back within thirty days for a full refund. Blind boxes are final sale once opened, because the mystery is the product. Auction lots sell as photographed and graded: what you saw is what ships.

Photograph the box and the piece within forty-eight hours of delivery and send both to the buying desk. We will make it right: replacement, repair credit, or refund. Damage in our care is our responsibility, always.
