Every piece we sell or auction carries one of four conditions. We grade conservatively, photograph honestly, and note every flaw we find. When in doubt, we grade down.
Sealed · mystery intact
A factory-sealed box, never opened: a blind box with its mystery intact, or any collectible still in the maker’s shrink and seals. We check seals and print quality but we do not weigh, scan, or peek: sealed means sealed.
Confirmed · identity known
The box has been opened and the figure identified, by us or a consignor we verified. The inner bag stays sealed whenever it arrived that way, and the identity card is present unless noted. You are buying certainty: the exact figure, stated plainly.
Opened · loose, loved
Out of the bag, possibly displayed. Condition is described per piece: paint, joints, fur, everything we can see. Card and box included only when listed.
Damaged Box · perfect figure, bruised armor
The figure is mint; the packaging is not. Every ding, crease, and scuff is photographed. For collectors who display the toy and not the box, this is quietly the best value on the site.
Completeness
Beyond condition, we always state completeness: identity card or no card, original box or no box, sealed inner bag or opened. These change value, so they are never left vague.
One Honest Note
Grades describe condition; they do not promise price. Appraisals are ranges, never promises. The gavel decides.
